Galactic is a data monitoring and alert delivery platform that provides AI-powered market intelligence across multiple verticals including stocks, crypto, sports betting, real estate, and more. Alerts are delivered via Discord webhooks, Slack, Telegram, email, SMS, and other supported channels.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
The data delivered through Galactic is sourced from third-party APIs and public data sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. The information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on data received through the Service.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Galactic Signals and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GALACTIC SIGNALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
